This classic cake is made with sugee flour (semolina) and almond flour. Vegan butter and our own vegan yoghurt are used for this plant-based version. This cake needs to be pre-ordered.
Available in 6″ and 9″ rounds. The 6” cake is perfect for 8 – 10 pax, while the 9″ cake can go for up to 24 pax.
The sugee cake can also be ordered as a ROSE sugee, or an ORANGE sugee cake.
