Shipping, Cancellation and Refund Policy

CANCELLATION PRIOR TO SHIPMENT

Orders can be cancelled at any time PRIOR to payment.

Cancellations within 12 hours will be accepted on a case by case basis, and will be accepted if items are not prepared.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

NO return or refund is permitted for any of our products picked up by yourself or your representative.

Cakes and cupcake delivery, and delivery of fragile/breakable items, MUST be done by car. Where you arrange for your own pickup, and send a motorcycle pickup for such items, we will not be held responsible for damage caused.

However, where delivery is arranged by us, if an item is damaged in transit on delivery to you, OR the item sent is NOT the item you ordered, please send a picture of said item by WhatsApp: +6011-57054001 or email hello@vickedgood.com , immediately upon receipt. These situations will be reviewed and a response will be provided within 12 hours.

Only items that have been purchased directly from VickedGood Online Store can be eligible for this.

Any VickedGood Online Store product purchased through other retailers is not eligible for this policy and must be in accordance to the respective retailers’ returns and refunds policy.

Change of order and cancellation of order once payment has been confirmed will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Refunds are not permitted, however a credit value will be provided for future purchases.

We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, that is deemed unreasonable.

REFUND POLICY

Your full refund will be issued once we have received your request, and, on investigation, the request is deemed reasonable. The method of refund will be processed depending on your original payment method:

Online Bank Transfer, full refunds will be credited into your bank account via online bank transfer, which should be posted within 3-5 working days.

Credit card refunds services, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.

Kindly contact your card-issuing bank with regards to the duration of the credit refunds.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Address

We will only ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address provided during your purchase.

Please ensure correct addresses and reachable LOCAL phone numbers are provided when completing your order. We do not ship to P.O Boxes (Post-Office Box) and only to valid legitimate shipping addresses.

We will not be liable in the event an incorrect shipping address is provided and goods are returned to us, and cost of return delivery to us will be charged to you.

All re-delivery of goods to you will be charged for associated shipping charges which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.

Change In Shipping Address

If you have any request for change of shipping address, please Whatsapp +6011-57054001 or email hello@vickedgood.com within 12 hours upon your order submission.

If request of change in shipping address is made after 12 hours upon order confirmation/payment, customers will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.

Shipping Time

Goods will be shipped on the date requested by customer. The shipment will be delivered during office hours between 10:00 am to 6.30 pm daily.

Tracking Number

Once goods are picked up by our delivery partner, the tracking ID for the package will be communicated to you via WhatsApp for your follow up.
